Venison Stew
I am supposed to take something to a Halloween party, and I have a venison roast from one of my family friends who hunts on his property. Pretty sure this guy lead a good life and never knew what hit him.
Ingredients:
Stammel wanted to lend moral support, of course. I'm pretty sure that if he could crawl into my pocket, he would.
Ingredients:
- 1 venison roast
- 1 large onion
- 2 carrots
- 3 celery ribs
- 2 red potatoes
- 1 turnip
- 1 garlic clove (at least)
- 1 can of beef stock
- 1 bottle of beer
- 1/2 teaspoon of fish sauce
- rosemary
- thyme
- black pepper
- salt
